What exciting news! The Queen visited our partner the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences on October 5th. It seemed that besides the spectacle of having the queen on your doorstep, she was well-informed about the latest AI developments and asked pointed questions on different AI-related topics.

At the HvA's new master's in Applied A.I., the first batch of students graduated this summer. What is unique about this master's is that students not only learn the theory, but also make and apply A.I. models and critically examine the consequences for fields of study.

Her Majesty Queen Máxima will pay a working visit to the Applied Artificial Intelligence Expertise Center of the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences on Thursday morning, October 5. The visit focuses on the responsible use and application of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The European Laboratory of Learning and Intelligent Systems (ELLIS) Fellowship Programme brings together academics at regular meetings throughout Europe to promote a free exchange of ideas and help create a European community of top AI researchers to retain and attract talent. Together, they stand up for European interests and generate high international visibility.
