With his research group Social AI, Koen Hindriks, professor of Artificial Intelligence, is working on socially intelligent robots and making human-robot interaction more natural. With this, we can, for example, support healthcare providers and teachers in their work, by deploying socially skilled, smart and patient robot assistants.
